Shipping Time
The processing and delivery time vary for each product, depending on how much customization is involved. Please check the "shipping" tab on the respective product page for the exact delivery time of your desired product.
Most of our product have a processing time of 1-3 days until they get shipped from our warehouse in Texas with USPS. The shipping time takes around 3-5 business days (Premium) or 5-10 days (Standard).
If you have ordered articles with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in multiple shipments so you'd get those earlier. The shipping costs are calculated per order not per product, even if you receive multiple packages you don't have to pay any additional shipping.
Shipping Costs
For orders over $30 USD, we pay the shipping for you. If your order is below $30 the shipping is $3.99 within the US and $5.99 for international orders.
Please note that we are not responsible for any local taxes or customs fees that might be imposed by your country.
Tracking
When your order is shipped, you will receive a notification e-mail with your tracking number and a link to the shipping company's tracking website for detailed information about the status and location of your order. It can take up to 7 days until you can see tracking updates. Also, packages only go out for shipping Monday through Friday.
